1. Organiser

Find The Q ApS is responsible for organisation, ticket sales, payment processing and support.

2. Ticket Purchase and Validity

2.1 Personal Registration

Tickets are personal and valid only for the specific event date purchased

Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay and other methods stated at checkout.

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.

Participants are responsible for providing a correct email address at purchase. A confirmation email will be sent after completed payment.

Find The Q ApS is not responsible for tickets purchased outside official sales channels.

2.2 Binding Agreement

The purchase becomes binding once payment has been completed and a confirmation email has been issued.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Treasure Hunt Events

Find The Q is a leisure activity taking place on a specific date.

In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act §18(2)(12), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets purchased for events held on a specific date.

Tickets are therefore non-refundable once purchased, unless the event or moved is cancelled by the Organiser.

3.2 Cancellation by Organiser

If Find The Q ApS cancels an event, participants will be offered either:

  • Transfer to a new event date, or

  • A full refund of the ticket price.

Find The Q ApS is not liable for additional costs such as transport, accommodation or similar expenses.

4. Changes and Force Majeure

Find The Q ApS reserves the right to postpone, relocate or modify an event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, public safety concerns, government restrictions or force majeure events.

In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
