Find The Q

By purchasing a ticket to Find The Q, you accept these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all purchases made viawww.findtheq.comand are entered into between you (“the Participant”) and Find The Q ApS (“the Organiser”).

The Terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to the agreement.

The agreement is governed by Danish law.

Find The Q ApS reserves the right to update these Terms. Updated Terms will be published onwww.findtheq.com.

Find The Q ApS is responsible for organisation, ticket sales, payment processing and support.

2. Ticket Purchase and Validity

2.1 Personal Registration

Tickets are personal and valid only for the specific event date purchased

Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay and other methods stated at checkout.

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.

Participants are responsible for providing a correct email address at purchase. A confirmation email will be sent after completed payment.

Find The Q ApS is not responsible for tickets purchased outside official sales channels.

2.2 Binding Agreement

The purchase becomes binding once payment has been completed and a confirmation email has been issued.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Treasure Hunt Events

Find The Q is a leisure activity taking place on a specific date.

In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act §18(2)(12), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets purchased for events held on a specific date.

Tickets are therefore non-refundable once purchased, unless the event or moved is cancelled by the Organiser.

3.2 Cancellation by Organiser

If Find The Q ApS cancels an event, participants will be offered either:

• Transfer to a new event date, or

• A full refund of the ticket price.

Find The Q ApS is not liable for additional costs such as transport, accommodation or similar expenses.

4. Changes and Force Majeure

Find The Q ApS reserves the right to postpone, relocate or modify an event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, public safety concerns, government restrictions or force majeure events.

In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Participation and Conduct

5.1 Participation at Own Risk

Participation in Find The Q is at the Participant’s own risk.

The treasure hunt takes place in public spaces. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must comply with applicable laws and local regulations.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Participants must not:

• Enter private property

• Damage surroundings

• Behave violently or disruptively

• Interfere with other participants

• Tamper with or remove objects not part of the hunt

Find The Q ApS reserves the right to disqualify or remove participants who violate these rules.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Determination of Winner

The winner of the treasure hunt is determined by the earliest valid submission of the correct final answer, based on the official system timestamp recorded on the Organiser’s platform.

In the event of identical timestamps within system precision, the Organiser will determine the winner based on verified completion of all required steps.

The Organiser’s recorded timestamps are final and binding.

The winner agrees that their first name and home city may be published for promotional purposes.

7. Liability

Find The Q ApS is not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to transport costs, accommodation, loss of income or similar expenses related to participation.

Find The Q ApS’ liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful under Danish law.

8. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted tohello@findtheq.comwithin reasonable time.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, consumers may submit a complaint to:
